They'll cancel your order or give it to someone else, and then you'll be forced to sit on hold with their corporate customer service trying to get a refund! This started out as a good service, but their mistakes now are ridiculous. Management definitely needs to look into the employees running this department! How do you give my entire order to another customer? Do you not verify order numbers?
