  If there was a minus star that is what I would give. I arrived there today after driving 40 minutes from South Carolina only to find they were not opened. I contacted the Tanger Management and was told the Dress Barn Management could not be reached. They explained they may not be in because of weather. Every other store was opened, plenty of shoppers were there. I waited over an hour and they still were not opened. When I drove home and called for an explanation, the salesperson said, well, we're opened now. Horrible customer service. Will NEVER shop there again.
